"Cancel this work" bulk action fails



When a user tries to perform the "Cancel this work" action via bulk processing, it fails with a 'Work Object Not Found' error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Manager portal.
  2. Click on Bulk Actions.
  3. Select Service Cases to cancel.
  4. Select the 'Cancel this work' drop down action.

Root Cause

The error occurred because the flow action was configured to use auto submit. The doSubmit() method in the auto submit script called FinishAssignment; whereas, the pyModalTemplateBulkProcessing modal performs additional actions.


Perform the following local-change: exclude the flow action from bulk processing or modify the auto submit.
