Cannot reference SVG images in image control

Summary
Image control is not able to reference Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) images.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create any section.
- Add a layout.
- Drag an image control.
- Try adding an SVG image into that control using the gear icon. Search results do not display any SVG images.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems code or rules
Resolution
Apply HFix-30989.
