Cannot tab between Apply & Cancel buttons in Add/remove columns

Summary
On a listview with add/remove columns checked, when trying to access the add/remove columns at runtime, a user cannot TAB to the 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons (focus is not visible and the focus does not go to the buttons, they are completely left out from the tabbing process).
Only the 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons are inaccessible via the keyboard when using the add/remove column feature.

Steps to Reproduce
- Select the "Enable adding/removing columns" in the header settings section of a Listview.
- Run the Listview.
- Attempt to add/remove columns in the listview using keyboard navigation and try to access the 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons to confirm the change.
Root Cause
Keyboard event is not implemented for Listview 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons in PRPC 6.x versions.
Resolution
This behaviour is enhanced in Pega 7.1.x releases where it is possible to use keyboard navigation to access the 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons when using add/remove column functionality in the listview.
