Can't perform a Check Out to branch on minor changes

When a minor version number of a ruleset is incremented, a Check Out to branch is not possible. Pega displays "No results found" instead of the branch name.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application xyz based on any existing application stack.
2. Change the minor version for the new application xyz created above.
3. Create a branched ruleset referring the main ruleset.
4. Switch to the xyz application, and try to check out a rule from the old minor version.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
Unable to see the branch while "checkout to branch" action if an application is referring a ruleset whose major or minor version is different from the ruleset of the rule is checked out.
