Cascading Dynamic Select asynch refresh issue on screen load

Summary
The user has configured a section which has multiple cascading dynamic selects in it. Whenever the screen is getting refreshed the values in the cascading dynamic selects are getting back to “select..” even if the values are present on the clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create Cascading dynamic selects
- Refresh Section
Root Cause
This is a known issue with Dynamic select controls and is deprected in Pega 7.
Resolution
Changed Load Mode to "OnDemand" and Enable Cache to "yes".
