CE for Life Sciences Error Importing Sample Database

Summary
While importing the sample database for Customer Engagement for Life Sciences (CELSSample_DML.jar), an error occured preventing the import from completing.
Error Messages
Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Cannot save instance of class PegaApp-Interface-Contact-CommunicationOptions; it belongs to fully exposed table DATA.pa_Communication_Options in database PegaDATA, but the instance has properties which do not correspond to columns: ExpressConsent
Steps to Reproduce
Install Life Sciences Industry Foundation 7.21
Install Pega Customer Service 7.22
Install Pega Customer Engagement for Life Sciences 7.22
Attempt to Import Sample Database
Root Cause
The sample database for Pega Customer Service 7.22 was not installed, which contains the schema changes to add the ExpressConsent column in the database.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Import PegaCRMSample_DDL.jar and PegaCRMSample_DML.jar from the Pega Customer Service 7.22 media, then attempt to import CELSSample_DDL.jar and CELSSample_DML.jar.
