On-change action does not work the first time when drop-down field in the first element in a case.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a dropdown as the first element on the page, with 'Select' as a placeholder
- Configure an action for on-change
- Select a value from dropdown in the flow. The on-change action does not work
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The initFocusOnFirstInput function has been incorrectly overridden in the application.
