Chart count is incorrect

Summary
If user have only one item to display on the chart , the count on the chart is displaying ( 0 , 1, ,1 ,1 2) .
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a chart for Report Definition.
- Include "count" on an axis(y-axis).
- If the report has only 1 item or many items with same count to display then the count on the y-axis are not in increasing order.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Alter decimal places dropdown from "auto" to 1, to resolve the issue.
