Chart does not display correctly

Summary
Charts do not display correctly.
When the labels in X axis are large and the chart width is stretched, the right side of the chart is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a report with column type chart.
2. Set several long names for the columns (on the X-axis)
3. Run the report to observe the issue.
Root Cause
This is a limitation of the chart package. There is no provision to fit the column names in the allotted width (for example, rendering the column names at an angle under the columns to allow them to fit).
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Increase the width of the section containing the chart and/or enable the builtin slider mechanism to allow the user to manipulate the columns displayed:
