Chart is not aligned with the table on running report definition

Summary
User has charts in the report definitions. While running the report definition, the charts displays smaller compared to the table. The requirement is to have the alignment of the chart and tables to be the same (width).

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Create a report definition with a chart
- Run the flow. Chart is smaller than the table
Root Cause
This is as per Pega Product design.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
In Pega Platform 7.1.9, the mobile width for the report definition charts is set to 70%. The design choice was done to suit both tablets and phones in mobile styling.
