Summary
The message Chart type not supported or Loading chart displays while displaying a chart on a section. This also occurs in the User Interface (UI) Gallery in Designer Studio when user logs in to the application.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a chart to the section or use a report definition to create a chart.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. A custom JS binary of fusioncharts.js is present in the system.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Remove the Custom fusioncharts.js binary.
