Chatbot widget not responsive in Mobile (Android)
Chatbot widget is not responsive to the mobile device's screen size when using the horizontal or the vertical view. Additionally, unable to decrease the chatbot window size or move the window to accommodate the mobile device screen size.
Steps to Reproduce
Files generated for Pega Chat are an example of how it is integrated in a standalone website. All the files (including PegaStyles.css) must be updated and integrated to the user's environment. By default, the styles are not appropriate for Mobile devices.
Upgrade to Pega Customer Service 8.4.
Alternatively, perform the following local-change:
Modify PegaStyles.css using the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Media Query.
