Check box selection is applied to all criteria

Summary
The user has Pega Marketing 8.1 on Pega 8.1.
On checking the 'Include missing values' check box while creating Criteria for Segments, the check option is applied to other criteria which gives invalid results.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a filter condition with 'Include Missing Values' check box
- Check the check box
- Add two more criteria without this check
- Run the flow
Root Cause
This issue occurs when there are multiple string criteria fields in a group and one of them includes the missing values option. In such situations, the generated SQL has an incorrect order of logical operations.
