Checking out a rule shows a stale version of the rule

SA-34208

Summary

If two different operators open a rule in the Designer Studio, it is possible for one of the operators to check out a stale version of the rule and unintentionally overwrite the other operator's changes to that rule.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as two different operators.
  2. Open the same rule with both operators.
  3. Have the first operator check out the rule, make some changes, and check it in.
  4. Have the second operator check out the rule from the already-opened rule, which now has stale data and doesn't have the changes made by the first operator.
