Chevrons do not display in Perform harness

Summary
Chevrons do not display in Perform harness screen until the Show All button is clicked twice.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the case from Workbasket.
- Click the Show All chevron in Perform Perform harness.
Root Cause
The chevron was configured using pyDisplayStages and manually configuring Show All Steps and Hide Steps.
Resolution
Use pxDisplayStages instead of pyDisplayStages, which is included with Show All Steps and Hide Steps option.
