Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Intent task under an Interaction. This task has a child case.
- Open the child case. The child case does not open in a new tab.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The Customer Service framework does not support a child case launched from an Intent task.
