Summary

A circumstanced decision table is configured to call the base table if no conditions are met on the circumstances version. When the circumstanced table is called, it never calls the base table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Define a decision table and circumstanced version.
2. In the circumstanced rule, select the Call base decision check box in the otherwise clause.
3. Call the decision table from activity with inputs so that circumstanced version is executed and will hit the otherwise clause.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Apply HFix-26836 and HFix-27367.
