Summary

User is trying to install Pega Healthcare Claims Workstation+ (HCWS) 7.11 Framework to Pega 7.1.5 system.

Ahead of import of application bundle for HCWS, there a number of patches for HCIF which are supposed to be imported. When trying to import patch- PegaHC_07-12-03_53_rules.jar, the import process fails with the below errors attached.

The framework inventory is mentioned below in the order of installation :

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules

User was trying to install Claims Workstation+ 7.11 on top of Pega 7.1.5 and the installation failed.

When cross checked the Claims Workstation+ 7.11 release notes and installation guide, it was mentioned that Pega 7.1.7 is pre-requisite.
