Click on menu is not triggering for Chrome

Summary
Navigation Menu drop-down of dynamic container is not working in Google Chrome. It does not trigger any action that is selected by the user.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open multiple action items through composite portal.
2. Review the navigation right to the portal, it will display all the active action items name in drop-down.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error that the the touch event was kept automatic for Chrome browser due to which the event was not getting registered.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Disable the touch events for the chrome browser under chrome://flags
