Summary
User clicks View additional configuration options while creating a new flow. However, no results are returned.

- Create a new flow
- Click View additional configuration options
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Performance issue is observed in the SQL server when the rule resolution query runs Resolution.
Resolution
Apply HFix-56712.
