SA-26594

Steps to Reproduce

1. Request a session code.
2. Wait 15 minutes before trying to use the session code.

Root Cause

How-to question for co-browse.

Resolution

Co-browse provides a configuration approach for session timeout and by default this is set to 900000 Milliseconds (15 Minutes).

Apply the following to override that default value in to the co-browse tag:

fireflyAPI.set(‘timeoutLength’,<<timeout in milliseconds>>);
