  4. Refresh the Records Explorer. The column value is not present

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. While creating a column for a property from the database, there must be a mapping of that column and the property on the External Mapping tab of the class definition of the data type. If this condition is not fulfilled the property must be optimized from the Pega Designer Studio.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
Add mapping for the column and the property on the External Mapping tab of the class definition of the data type.
