Column headers on a question page do not display

Summary
The column headers do not display on accessing a question page from a survey on a mobile device.
The question page displays correctly on viewing it in the Landscape mode.
The column headers do not display on the mobile device or in the Portrait view.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a survey with a question page having Radio Matrix question type
- Run the survey on the mobile device or in the mobile view
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
