Column layout Main-sidebar adds extra space

Summary
The out-of-the-box column layout of the type Main-sidebar adds extra space to the left of the main column which results in an incorrect alignment. This occurs post updating Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 7.4.

Steps to Reproduce
Use a column layout of the type Main-sidebar.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. After applying UKit 7:11-01, a large white space displays on the layout for the Two column Main side bar.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change on the UserWorkForm:
- Set the Max-width to None
- Remove the extra horizontal and vertical scroll bar which display outside the main layout
