prDBUtil has been deprecated from 6.1
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
prDBUtil has been deprecated from 6.1. The utilities that were provided by prdbutil.war have been moved into the scripts/prpcUtils directory of the core distribution image, and can only be executed via the command line.
