Columns are not filtered if one of the columns is merged in a grid.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid in a section
- Merge two columns
- Apply filters to columns
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. When the user clicks the filter, correct index is not passed to the server. Hence, an incorrect index is created on the filtercriteria page.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in the Pega 8.1.6 patch release.
