Comma and dot value display incorrectly for German locale

Summary
Comma and dot values in the read-only format of a price property does not display correctly in the Chrome browser. This occurs when the operator locale is German.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Update locale to de_DE for the operator in Designer studio
- Create a Text Input field mapped to a decimal property
- Create another read-only Text Input field with declare expression using the text input value
- Enter 100,50 and 100.50
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use property of type Text instead of Decimal to display the values which the user enters instead of the localized values.
