Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Channel Services > Pega Call > Tools and Settings.
- Enable logging through the Set button. The activity stops working.
Root Cause
In Pega 7.3, log4j was modified which resulted in appender errors.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44365.
