Complete stage does not set the Resolved-Completed status
The Change Stage shape is used in a flow to move to the Complete stage, such that the status is set to Resolved-Completed and all open assignments are deleted. According to the Audit History, the case moved to the Complete stage and the assignments are deleted; however, the case status is not set to Resolved-Completed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega application.
- Send updates to Claims to trigger the Complete Stage.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pgWork page was not removed correctly from the pzUpdateAndDeleteAssignments activity.
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.6.
