Composite harness does not refresh when switching between cases

Summary
When switching between different Interactions, you find that the composite harness is not getting refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce
Open work cases in different interaction tabs (main tab created below the home tab).
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. This functionality was found to be working fine on shipped CPM product, but changes to CPMTearoffWork Section made as part of HFIX-8764 has broken the functionality.
Resolution
HFix-10398 fixes this issue.
