Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Null check is not handled correctly for GenerateJPForConnect activity.

This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

Provide null check in step 4 of GenerateJPForConnect under the ruleset Pega-IntegrationEngine:07-10-01 to avoid NPE.
