Connect-SOAP Test Connectivity error

SA-2307

Summary

Getting error when utilizing the Test Connectivity in Connect-SOAP rules

Error Messages

"Only TLS protocol can be enabled in FIPS mode"

Steps to Reproduce

Open any Connect Soap Rule and hit Test Connectivity under the Service Tab

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in PRPC

Resolution

HFIX-9559 adds TLS protocol Support to the Connect SOAP Call. However, the HFIX-9559 does not include the Test Connectivity functionality. The Test Connectivity would returns error (even though the Connect SOAP is working properly) if the TLS protocol is being used.
HFIX-10080 is for the Test Connectivity functionality and should be applied after applying HFIX-9559.
