Container's outline padding and margin causes extra spaces

Summary
‘Default’ container has a bottom outline margin of 14 px and additional styles padding of 14px. This padding causes extra spaces around and between layouts.
Requirement is to remove bottom and top padding for Default container.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to the portal
2. Launch Interaction Portal
3. Launch an interaction
4. Launch Policy Loan service process
5. Observe the extra spacing at the top and bottom on all the screens and between the layouts on Review screen
