Summary
If a user tries to open any case or launch a harness, below error appears.

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause
A recent deployment change added the following to the server's response header:
The X-Frame-Options was set to SAMEORIGIN.
This Pega application was hosted one domain and embedded in another application on a different domain.
This setting is designed to disallow this content from displaying.
Resolution
Remove X-Frame-Options from response headers.
