Content in a new dynamic layout renders incorrectly when using the Internet Explorer browser. However, this works in a Chrome browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch a portal
- Open any case
- Run the case
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. Deprecated control and flex box is used.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Use the Perform harness from UI Kit 8
- Customize the harness according to the requirement. Remove the section which are not required in the application
- Replace the following deprecated controls with newer controls:
- Smart, Free Form Layout and Custom to Dynamic Layout
- List View to Report Definition
- pxWhereAmIChevronView to pxDisplayStages
- panel set to screenlayout
- Work Areas to Dynamic Container
- pxActionArea to pyCaseActionArea
