Continuous RequestorLockException and thread dumps observed

Summary
There is one image in a section, this image is loaded from external system, sometimes the response takes more than 120 seconds and thread dumps are observed in PegaRULES log file. The requirement is to timeout the request before 120 seconds.

Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in custom application code/rules.
Resolution
Use "setTimeout()" function from Java script to resolve this issue.
