Correct skin is not picked when switching between applications

Upon switching the application portals, the new portal is still being rendered with prior portal's skin.

Portal is still using prior skin.

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules as the portal related information was not being set appropriately when switching portals.

Apply HFix-29634 to fix this behavior.
