Could not scroll to the bottom of the page



In CPM Interaction portal, could not scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the records.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the system.
2. Launch CPMInteraction portal.
3. Create a new Interaction.
4. Observe that the scroll to member 360 degree view is not coming properly. Could not scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Developer customized the section'CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea' into their ruleset and the option 'Size to Content' is checked for the dynamic container which is causing the section to stick to its content size and not to resize. In OOTB rule the check box is un checked as the screen should be responsive.


Perform the following local-change:
Open ‘CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea’ and open the settings of the dynamic container and uncheck ‘Size to Content’
