java.lang.IllegalStateException: Encountered class PegaCPMI-PAB-Work-PolicyService-Loan with a null definition
Steps to Reproduce
Try to import CPMIv712_Install_Bundle.jar file on an environment where CPM V7.1R2 has already installed.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is with following classes.
1. PegaIns-PAB-Work-PolicyService-CPM
2. PegaIns-PAB-Work-PolicyService-Loan-CPM
3. PegaIns-PAB-Work-PolicyService-Loan-Life-CPM
These classes were marked as belongs to a class group, but their parent was not a class group.
So, these classes got discarded.
Which inturn led to discard of class PegaCPMI-PAB-Work-PolicyService-Loan, as it had PegaIns-PAB-Work-PolicyService-Loan-CPM marked as its parent, which was already discarded.
Resolution
HFIX-10251 resolves the issue.
