CSI Phone toolbar display - icons not proper



When logging in as the out-of-the-box(OOTB) user for Customer Service for Insurance, cpminsurancesysadmin, the phone toolbar does not look correct when viewed on the Interaction Portal.

The toolbar buttons have incorrect, blue borders. When logging in to the phone, the icon images have the incorrect offset.

This behavior is not present when logging into the base Customer Service application via the OOTB user casysadmin.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as cpminsurancesysadmin.
  2. Open the interaction portal and display phone toolbar.
  3. Log in and observe the image offset issues.

Root Cause

The Customer Service for Insurance application is incorrectly pulling in the PegaFWUI ruleset which contains style sheets that incorrectly modify the display of the phone toolbar.


This issue is resolved by HFix-23332.
