Customer 360 view takes more than 10 seconds to display
In the Pega Customer Service (CS) portal, after searching for a user, the Customer 360 Composite takes more than 10 seconds to display. This occurs in the Internet Explorer 11 browser.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the CS portal.
- Select Search from menu and enter the user ID.
- Click the Search button.
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Time is lost due to browser performing the styling.

As a local-change, switch to Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers.
If unable to switch the browser, reduce the CSS file generated by the skin.
Perform the following steps:
- Open the application skin in Designer Studio.
- Identify the formats that are not in use.
- Select the format that has no references.
- Disable the format from the Actions menu.
