Summary
The below data base operation displays in the PegaRULES-ALERT log and affects the application performance:
SQL statement: MERGE INTO DATA.pr_operators
Data base batch execution requires more than the threshold of 50 ms: 2,158 ms.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the SOAP service with the basic authentication which is configured to bypass the update of the OperatorID record (this update occurs as shown in the data base).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The bypass OperatorID update setting was not considered.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42664.
