Date value is reducing the date by 1 day

Summary
PegaCA-Work-Interaction-InCorr • RecDate property value decreases by one day.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1.Map operator to Australia/Melbourne timezone
2.Launch CPMCSR portal
3.create a Inbound Correspondance using "New" menu
4.Select a date from "Date Received" field.
5.Enter all mandatory information in the screen.
6.click on submit
7.In the next screen check the "Received On" field.
It is reducing the date by 1 day.
Root Cause
It was found that the issue is due to bug in RULE-EDIT-INPUT APPDATE
Resolution
HFix-10190 resolved the issue
