Date value is removed from the screen when date is formatting

Summary
Date value is removed from Screen if same date is selected again.
When user creates the Date Property, format the date as MM/DD/YYYY in UI.
Further user selects one Data for example:12/22/2015, and the value is posted to Clip board.
Again if user select the Same date, and on click the value is removed from the screen.
Error Messages
No error messages but date is removed.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Create one Date field. Formatted as MM/DD/YYYY in UI as shown below.
2. Run case. Choose the date. formatted date is displayed.
Again choose it, date disappears from the UI.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25873.
Description of changes made : Caching the formatted value in data-display-value before setting the value to be submitted.
