Dates dropdown not wide enough with WAI

Summary
Issue with the display of the Date field when WAI rule-set is enabled. On the Section display, Date field was not being displayed properly (not wide enough to show the dates).
Error Messages

1. Add a date field to a section.
2. Access the Section with WAI ruleset enabled
3. Observe that the selects for Date components are not displayed clearly.
Root Cause
Width is fixed for each dropdown in Date which was causing this issue.Resolution
Hfix-9852 resolves the issue. With this HFix installed, width for each Date dropdown changes to auto.
