Datetime format not reflecting at runtime

Summary
Date Format change is not getting applied for pxUpdateDatetime in custom search results grid(pyworksearchresults).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section and include a grid to show custom search results.
2. Include pxUpdateDatetime property in the grid that shows the search results.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules:
The dynamic system setting "indexing/useDataInstances" in "Pega-SearchEngine" ruleset is set to true incorrectly. Please set this to 'false' and reindex the work classes. Cause of the issue is that useDataInstances is set to true but the OOTB CustomSearchProperties are not available.
The pySearchModel DataTransform rules defined on the work classes are applied when the dynamic system setting "indexing/useDataInstances" is set to false.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Modify the dynamic system settings "indexing/useDataInstances" in "Pega-SearchEngine" ruleset to "false" and re-index the work classes from the work index on Search Landing page.
