Summary
The Up and Down arrow button do not function in the DateTime Picker control. This occurs only on the iPad iOS 13.3.1 Safari browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Calendar control in a dynamic layout.
- Save the changes.
- Launch the portal.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Select the 'Use native calendar control on mobile' in the Date field (in the Presentation tab).
