Deadline does not display on Clipboard when Screen flow is run

Summary
Service-Level Agreement (SLA) is configured on Process tab of a screen flow. When running the screen flow, the deadline time does not display on the newassignpage of the Clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a screen flow with several assignments
- Add a Test SLA to the flow
- Add the flow to a case
- Run the case
Root Cause
This behavior is as per the Pega product design. When SLA is configured at flow level, deadline is not configured to display on newAssignPage as it is specific to the completion of the flow. Deadline is configured to display on pzInternalProcessFlow. SLA for screen flow is configured at flow level as screen flow is assigned to a single user for completion.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: Deadline value does not display when SLA is configured at flow or process level. Screen flow assignments do not allow user to configure SLAs. To display the pxDeadlineTime property, configure SLA at assignment level.
