Decision table columns do not display complete values

Summary
When opening a delegated decision table, from the user portal, columns do not display complete values for each cell and the resize option is not available.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a decision table and define two columns.
- Define a few rows with more than 20 chars in each cell.
- Delegate the decision table to the user.
- Log in to the portal and navigate to the decision table (in the portal manager).
- Open the decision table.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
