Default busy Indicator does not display on screen

Summary
The following issues occur on Pega Platform 7.2.2,
- Unable to view the Pega default Busy Indicator on the screen,
- Loader icon does not display on the screen while loading filtered data in a report definition
Expected behavior:
When there are two grids on the screen, on click of a button, user conditionally hides one grid and displays another grid. The Pega default loader must display on the screen while the grid loads the filtered data.

Steps to Reproduce
Issue 1:
Create Tab group layout and add a grid in it. While the tabbed group loads, displays only loading text on the screen.
Issue 2:
From the grid, click the Filter icon and apply the filter. The grid does not display any loader on the screen while loading the data.
Root Cause
Issue 1:
This behavior is as per Pega product design. While the Tab screen loads, the full screen loader does not load.
Issue 2:
This behavior is as per Pega product design. While loading filtered data, the grid does not display the loader image.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-27786, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
